Last year I made up this little candy cane hot chocolate bar and it was definitely extremely well used throughout the season! I had so much fun with it, that I ended up using it throughout the year as a bunny bar, lemonade bar, and, most recently, a fall hot cider bar. But we are now back to Christmas and I felt like it needed a little updating!
I have had a lot of emails asking where I purchased the jars for the hot cocoa bar. I actually ordered them from Decor Steals {which is a daily deal site} but you can find them anytime over at The Everyday Home {along with lots of other cute stuff!}.
I purchased this side table for our dining room in the spring from Home Sense. The top actually lifts right off for a serving tray so it works perfectly for the hot cocoa bar!
The chalkboard sign is just an inexpensive wood disc from Michaels that I spray painted with chalkboard paint. I used the same design as last year since the chalk pen wouldn’t actually erase and I didn’t feel like pulling out the chalkboard paint again! You can download a copy of the tags HERE.
The mugs are also new – a great, inexpensive find from Superstore and perfect for a night of hot cocoa and Christmas movie watching!
So grab a mug and let’s have some hot cocoa together! Do you take all of the fixings? 🙂

Oh! That would be awesome outdoors! Have fun with it!
That is so cute and inviting! I know that would get tons of use in my house for sure!
Hi Jenn…BEAUTIFUL and perfectly Charming! My niece loves penguins and I would love to find these for her. However, couldn’t bring up Superstore…do you have a link you could share?
Many thanks!
Bettye
That’s so sweet of you! Unfortunately, Superstore is a Canadian grocery store so there aren’t any online shopping options. And since it was seasonal stock, it likely won’t be back again this year. I’m sorry!
Hi Jenn! I just love your hot cocoa bar! It is so inviting and cozy! I tried to purchase the caddy on The Everyday Home site but the link doesn’t work. Could it have changed? Thank you!
That link is from a few years ago, so, yes, it looks like the site may no longer be in business. I have also seen them at Decor Steals if you want to keep your eye open for them there. You could always just find your own bottles too and place them in a cute crate.
I love this hot chocolate station! So cute! I made my own hot chocolate station this year too. I love your penguin cups. So cute!
