1. Enjoy the Little Things. With Connor going to be heading off to Kindergarten this year, I am realizing how fast the kids actually grow up! I would really like to take more time to build legos, read books, play games, and just “hang out” with the kids. {Luckily my kids enjoy P.J. days just as much as I do!}
2. Get Healthy. Yes, I say this EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR. But, just as I am realizing how fast the kids are getting older, I am realizing how fast I am getting older too! I need to eat healthier, get more sleep, and get more exercise before my body really starts to fall apart! I have fibromyalgia and am always sore somewhere. I know that exercise will help improve things but I have so much difficulty coming up with the motivation to get started {Discovering Pinterest this year definitely did not help with this!} Since this blog was a great source of motivation for me to get going on the house organization, I am going to start a weekly {or somewhat weekly!} series called “Whole Health” to help me stay on track and provide you with some fun, healthy ideas too. Hope you will join in along with me!
3. Continue with the house organization project. I would say that I am about half way done working my way through our house but I still have lots of ideas in my head and a lot more areas to tackle {including the dreaded garage!}
Sounds easy enough when put that way!
4. Have fun with this blog. This year I will finally fill in that advertising page that has been sitting blank for 6 months, attend a blogging conference {hopefully!} and continue to connect more with all of YOU! I have a master bedroom re-do to tackle, some kitchen cabinets that need painting, and lots of fun craft projects floating around in my head. Can’t wait to share!
So Happy New Year to all of you! Wishing you the very best that 2012 has to offer!

I had to chuckle at the “epic fail”. I also read the Happiness Project and my resolutions were mostly also epic fails, but it was fun trying. I’ve decided making smaller goals is the key! Enjoy your blog!
