Hey! It’s Lindi again! I’m so happy to be back again from Love Create Celebrate sharing another delicious recipe. The kids are out of school (almost), which means we are moving into full summer mode. Picnics, BBQs, family reunions, and vacations. All of which have one thing in common: good food! This super simple 3 ingredient easy coconut fruit dip is perfect for your next family event.
If you’ve visited Love Create Celebrate, then you know that all of my recipes are SUPER easy, family friendly ones. I like to make things that my children will enjoy. I also try to make sure that all my recipes are quick and easy – I know how busy family life can be! On warm sunny days, I whip up this coconut fruit dip and serve it on the patio for my family. They all LOVE it!
Here’s the recipe:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 4 coconut cream cookies
- Crush cookies in a food processor.
- Add sugar and sour cream and beat until smooth.
- Chill for an hour before serving. Serve with fresh fruit. Enjoy 🙂
I told you it was easy! Hope you like it!
I have the PERFECT drink to go along with this fruit dip! I’m sharing my Watermelon Lemonade at Love Create Celebrate today too!
