For the past couple of years I have done an April Fool’s Day Breakfast for the boys. It takes hardly any time to put together but they always think that it is SO funny and talk about it multiple times throughout the year. Kids love April Fool’s day jokes!

For the cereal, I filled up a bowl with cereal the night before, added some milk {until I could just see it below the cereal} and placed it in the freezer over night. The next morning, I brought the cereal out before the kids came downstairs and made sure they saw me add the milk to top it off a bit.

It really doesn’t take much to make them happy! 🙂
If you are looking for more fun April Fool’s Day ideas, you can find lots more here. For older kids, it would be fun to team up with them to play a prank on Dad too!
So what do you do on April Fool’s Day? I am working on this year’s plan!

Ooh, I like this one. I’ve been wanting to try “funny food” for April Fool’s Day this year, but most of what I can find is treats made to look like other stuff. This looks easy!
