Everyone loves a good mason jar project, right? Well today I have thirteen for you! Come join me and 12 other creative bloggers as we share our spring and Easter mason jar ideas! You can find the links to all of the other projects at the end of the post but I am going to start off with this quick and easy Easter mason jar display…
I have been going through my craft stash lately and trying to use up some of my old supplies. I have had this Ikea spice rack for about three years now {that I still hadn’t put together!} and thought that it would be a cute way to display some mason jars. I was torn between painting it and staining it, but ended up going with a dark walnut stain that was left over from my DIY crates that I made last summer.
I had the kids pick out their favorite Easter candy {as well as my favorite- mini-eggs!} and added them to three mason jars. I then just topped the mason jars with cupcake liners, tied them with some twine, and added this cute printable Bunny Bait tag to the front of the spice rack. For a little extra touch, I added some moss around the jars and a couple of these cute carrots that I picked up from Pier 1.

If you are looking for a simple Easter gift idea, you can always use the printable on its own to attach to a single mason jar or use it as a treat bag topper as well. I printed out the tag as a 5×7 for the spice rack and printed it out as a 4×6 when I just added it to the mason jar. For smaller jars you could always just tape it around the front of the jar rather than adding it as a tag. I’m sure you can come up with a hundred other ways how to use it too – just be creative! 😉
I have been playing around with where to put my spice rack, but for now it is sitting out on display on our kitchen counter. I should be finishing up the Easter decorating this weekend though so we will see if it ends up staying there. Nothing is ever safe where it is! 😉
