The Christmas porch has actually been decorated for a few weeks now but I am just getting a chance to show you now!
I showed you our burlap Christmas wreath a couple of days ago. I have been debating whether or not to take the red balls off but decided that I liked the pop of color {especially when you are looking at it from the street} so they will stay on!
I went with a rustic feel for the porch and kept things fairly simple.
I mostly just used greenery {using a mixture of fresh and artificial} with some pops of red here and there.
It smells wonderful as you enter in the front door – definitely the scent of Christmas!
The hanging baskets are just reused planters from our summer baskets that I filled with fresh greenery, a few twigs, and some snow covered pinecones. They are a little more “wild” than last year’s baskets but that just adds to the rustic charm! 😉
Of course everything looks a little more like Christmas with a light dusting of snow! {and there is actually even more now!}
I will be completing the rest of my home tour over the next few days. I hope you are able to pop back again and come inside!
I shared this post at Lil Luna, Design Dining and Diapers, Tidy Mom and Live Laugh Rowe.
