Okay guys. March is here and it’s time to move on to the bathroom for this month’s Household Organization Diet! Hopefully you were able to get through most of your to do list in the kitchen last month and are all ready to go!
This month we will be cleaning the bathroom from top to bottom, decluttering all of those unused and unloved items, and creating an organized and functional bathroom space. Depending on how many bathrooms you have, this may or may not be an easy month for you – this is when I am not happy that we have four bathrooms!
Here are the tasks for this month…

If you need more space to write down your monthly goals or have projects in other rooms that you want to get done this month, you can write them down on this sheet.

And lastly, I always like to have a calendar to keep track of when I actually plan on getting the tasks done. You can see more about how I organize everything in my cleaning binder HERE.

It is very nice blog for the bathroom cleaning, you gave the good tips & tricks for the bathroom cleaning. But I have a question if someone doesn’t have enough space for putting up the things so what will they do to make their house cleaning in small space.
Jenn Lifford says
If you don’t have enough space, there are basically two options – get rid of more stuff or come up with alternative storage. If you would like to add storage, look around your space and see where additional storage could be added – you could add baskets hanging from towel bars for wall storage, use a cute storage cart, add a wall storage unit, create a DIY storage ladder like I used above, of utilize the inside doors of your vanity. If there is no where in the bathroom itself, you could look at storing some products in a portable tote in another area of your home nearby or place items that you rarely use {but still need} somewhere else as well. Hope that helps!

Hi … I’m a little confused; your post about the 2016 diet indicated that March would focus on the office and that April would focus on the bathroom. Are you skipping the office altogether or putting things in a different order? Thanks!
Jenn Lifford says
I change the list around depending on what I need to work on the most! 🙂 It was actually last year that I did the office in March – I just listed all of last year’s on that post in case people wanted to do things in a different order or jump ahead. I’ll be doing the office next month.

Thanks for clarifying. I was hoping to have an idea of the order you are going in, but I will just be patient. 🙂 I am behind on the kitchen a little, so we’ll see if I can finish it and do bathrooms in March! It’s been great, though — thank you!

Thank you so much for sharing this–I absolutely LOVE what you’ve done in the bathroom and it gives me a lot of inspiration on what to do with ours. Space IS an issue, but like you said, there are always things that can be removed or changed around to give the illusion of more space. I LOVE that DIY ladder–what a great storage solution 🙂
Stopping in from SITS Sharefest and hope you’re enjoying the weekend!

This bathroom is quite adorable. Looks like the comfort of a living room to me. I could sit in there and relax all day lol. You are doing great on your bathroom remodel.
