Mini-eggs are kind of my chocolate downfall. I LOVE them! Even though they’re now available all year long {thank-you Cadbury!}, I crave them even more at Easter time. While mini-eggs are delicious enough on their own, these mini-egg recipes definitely take it up a notch. Be sure to buy extra chocolate, as you will usually lose a bunch of eggs as you’re baking. {I have no idea where they disappear to, but trust me on this one.}
