Is it really October already? September was a super busy month around here so I am definitely feeling behind on things right now. Due to a teacher’s strike, the kids had a very late start to the school year and we are, honestly, still trying to get back into that regular school routine and all of the other activities that come with it.
If you’ve been following along on Instagram, you may know that I just got started decorating the house for fall. I am keeping things a little simpler this year and I think that I will be skipping a lot of our usual Halloween decorations so I actually get a chance to enjoy the fall ones. They really are so much prettier anyways. 😉
The one thing that I do have done is our front porch.
So here we go with some easy fall front porch ideas for you…
While I am usually more of a neutral kind of girl, I do love all of the brilliant fall colors. There is something about the turning of the leaves that is just so magical.
Pumpkins are another fall favorite and trips to the pumpkin patch are usually quite plentiful at this time of year.
I love checking out all of the different varieties of pumpkins and a nice apple cider slushie is always good for the soul.
Our old summer hanging baskets get replaced with pumpkins, pinecones, and sprigs of berries.
It’s simple, easy, and full of fall love!
