Happy June! It’s a glorious weekend, the sun is out, and I have a newly finished back patio to relax on! Definitely a great start to the month and hopefully a good sign of what’s to come!
This month, I’m excited to be participating in Staples Canada’s 30 Summer Days photo challenge. Starting today, I will be following along with their photo prompts and posting my photos over on my Instagram account {I might even pop in on Twitter too!} I think this is going to be a lot of fun and it’s a great way to capture some of our regular day to day life moments. While I generally always remember to take photos of our family vacations and special occasions, those daily routines are often forgotten and are really just as special and probably more reflective of what life is really like. 🙂
I am going to be using my new Canon Powershot Digital Camera for the challenge and have been having lots of fun playing around with it. This thing is super lightweight and so easy to carry. My favorite feature is that it is Wi-Fi enabled so I can upload photos directly to my computer or phone whenever I like! If you are in need of a new camera, you should stick around as I *might* be having a little giveaway for one of these soon! 🙂
Since things are always more fun when you have someone to share them with, I would love to have you join me in this challenge. It would be a great way to get to know each other a little better! If 30 photos seems overwhelming, just snap a photo when you can, or when you are feeling particularly inspired. And don’t forget to share your photos on Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #30summerdays so that we can all see your amazing photos! {if you also add the hashtag #cleanandscentsible, I will be able to find you directly!} If you are wanting to see what I am up to, be sure to follow me over on Instagram and Twitter.
I hope to see you there! Just let me know if you have any questions – I am happy to help out!
