Is it really almost the end of June? I know I say this all the time, but I am always so amazed at how quickly time goes. Days fly by and, just when I get used to writing one month, a new month is here. This especially seems to be true during the precious summer months – it is by far my favorite time of the year and time just seems to speed up somehow.
While I don’t like to take on anything too big in the summer, I always like to have a few little projects to work on and have put together some of my favorite DIY summer projects from this month’s Inspiration Exchange for you. From the garden to your kitchen there is sure to be a project that inspires you!
Shoe storage {and lots of other fun outdoor ideas} from Little Brags.
DIY Tufted French Mattress Cushion from An Oregon Cottage.
DIY Laundry Hamper from The Picket Fence Projects.
Outdoor play kitchen from Boxy Colonial. {How cute is this?}
Barn Wood Mantel from The Wicker House.
Weathered Bench Container Garden from Satori Design for Living
$8 gold dipped planter from Home, Heart, and Hands.
Painted Wooden Pantry from Anderson and Grant.
Painted Rustic Table {using chalk paint} from Orphans with Makeup.
Mason Jar Flower Gift from The Real Thing with the Coake Family.
And since I can’t really have a summer post without s’mores… S’mores Fried Scones from Simply Gloria.
Hopefully that will give you some summer inspiration to go on! And don’t forget to follow along on Instagram for some sneak peaks at what I am working on!
I hope to see you all on Tuesday night for our July Inspiration Exchange party!
