Okay. So it’s no secret that I am not a big fan of cooking. The less time that I can spend in the kitchen the better – and definitely a bonus if there aren’t many dishes to clean! There is just something about washing dishes that I really despise. These one pot meals are all quick and easy to create, don’t require any fancy ingredients, and will make a tasty weekday meal that the whole family will enjoy. Oh, and did I mention that you will only need to wash ONE POT? 🙂
So let’s get eating, shall we?
Spicy Lemon Chicken Pasta from Yellow Bliss Road.
One Pot Mexican Quinoa from Damn Delicious
One Pot Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole from Closet Cooking
Tuscan Chicken Skillet from The Wanderlust Kitchen.
One Skillet Lasagna from i heart eating.
Cashew Chicken and Broccoli from Raining Hot Coupons.
Cajun Chicken Pasta Skillet from Creme de la Crumb.
One Pot Chicken Enchilada Pasta from Chelsea’s Messy Apron.
One Pot Spicy Ranch Chicken from The Law Student’s Wife
Cheesy Pasta and Sausage Skillet from The Slow Roasted Italian.
Cheeseburger Pasta Skillet from Damn Delicious.
One Pan Chicken Alfredo from No. 2 Pencil.
Tortellini and Sausage in a Creamy Tomato Sauce from Yellow Bliss Road.
Hopefully these meal ideas will help your evenings run a little smoother! At least your tummy will be happy!
