Give the gift of your time this Valentine’s Day with these 12 months of dates! All of the printables are included making it the perfect Valentine’s Day gift idea for both partners and kids!
Valentine’s Day Gift Idea
That big day of love is just around the corner and I have the perfect Valentine’s Day gift idea for your favorite loved ones! There’s no better gift to your special Valentine than time spent together. In order to show your love throughout the whole year, prepare 12 date nights for you and your loved one to do together – one for each month. This is perfect for both partners and kids!!
I pre-purchased all of the gift cards for dinners, movies, etc. and put them in an envelope with the date card for each month. You could always just write your date on the card through and pay as you go to make it easier on the budget. It’s a great way to make sure that you get some dedicated time together and will be fun for both of you! 🙂
Non-Material Gift Ideas
The gift of experiences and time spent together is so much more meaningful than material presents. Think of favorite places that you used to go together in the past, or things that you have talked about doing that just never seem to happen. You could also leave a few “mystery months” in there and plan something extra special too! Here are a few ideas to get you started:
I hope you have fun with this one and take some extra time each month {and really every day!} to remind your loved ones how much they mean to you!

This is such a cute and thoughtful idea Jenn. Love it- thanks for sharing. I am pinning it and just might have to use it this year!! (we don’t usually do Valentines gifts but this seems better then a gift!!).
We don’t usually do gifts either but I thought this would be fun. Thanks for the pin! 🙂
Very cute!! And smart of you to ensure you get some nights out too, Happy Valentines day!
It is kind of a gift for both of us! lol! I actually gave something similar to my husband for Christmas and am going to be doing the Valentine’s Day one for my kids.
This is such a nice idea and will be doing it for my husband. Where did you find the envelopes that you used? Thank you so much for sharing!!
The envelopes were actually from some Christmas cards that I picked up for 80% off after Christmas at Chapters. I hope your husband likes his gift!
This is absolutely FABULOUS, Jenn! Hubby and I decided at the beginning of 2014 that we were going to start dating again (been married 28 yrs). This is an awesome idea and I love it!
It’s so nice to hear that you can still date after 28 years! Good for you guys! 🙂
These are beautiful and I love their simplicity! My hubby would definately love to receive these. Thanks for sharing this!
Thanks! I hope your hubby enjoys!
Thank you, I love these printouts!! Perfectly simple and classic
Thanks! Hope you enjoy!
Hi!
This is so cool, i was actually wondering which font you used for the months?
Thanks! It’s Amatic Small Caps. 🙂
I’m struggling to print these. I downloaded from google docs, but it won’t print a page on one page…. what am I doing wrong? 🙁
How is it printing? Or is it not printing at all? It works on my end.
It prints, but it doesn’t print everything on one page. It seems to be making the document bigger than one page.
It sounds like it is something that needs to be adjusted on your printer. If it’s just printing slightly larger than the page, ours as a “fit to page” button that can be clicked. I just tested it, and it prints out the 4 months/page on our printer without any problems. I’m not sure what else to suggest. Sorry!
Fun idea! I know how hard it can be to get away with my husband for a date night. It’ll be fun to plan dares in advance.
Yes! We hardly ever get out spur of the moment. It definitely needs to be planned! It can even be a date “in” after the kids are in bed if you can’t get away. 🙂
This is such a cute and thoughtful idea, I am using your printables and putting them in a heart shaped box gift box! My boyfriend will love this concept for quality time. Thanks for sharing 🙂
Awesome! Hope he loves it!
