So today I thought that I would share my new favorite drink with you – this Cherry Raspberry Lemonade Slushie!

Remember my summer lemonade bar?

Well, I have been playing around with different combinations of the lemonade and cherry kool-aid to find my perfect summer drink.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups ice
- 2 1/4 tbsp lemonade mix
- 1 1/2 tbsp cherry mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
TO DO
- To make you drink more slushie-style, blend up your ice first. If you have a cheap blender like me, just do 1 cup of ice at a time to avoid plugging it up! Did you know that the blender top will fit on a mason jar? It makes it a little easier to clean up when you are only making a couple of drinks.
- Add the drink mixes to one cup of cold water and mix. Add to the ice.
- Add frozen raspberries and blend to desired consistently. If you don’t like raspberries, it works well without them too!
- Makes 2 drinks.
This looks delicious! I love raspberries. 🙂

These look so refreshing and they are adorable in the mason jars 🙂
mmmmmm those look delish!! I may have to invest in a blender.
Thanks for sharing! This is delicious looking and I will be trying SOON!
p.s. I’m your newest follower!!
I must advise to be careful when blending ice in a mason jar. I’ve had one shatter when the cubes were too large. I think actual blender jars are safer. Just my opinion.
This looks like a perfect drink for a hot summer day! I’ll have to try it out – my kids would love it I’m sure!
Soooo refreshing Jenn! I will definitely be making this up soon – it gets SO hot here in Sacramento!
Iam looking for a good recipe for a wedding punch. How would you make this for a crowd? And what kind of lemondad mix are you talking about? Just the usual kind you buy in the grocery store?
I think this would be hard to make for a wedding punch as it is best served immediately after making. You would need someone at a bar mixing them up in a blender I would think rather than making a large batch and serving in a punch bowl. Yes, it is just regular lemonaid mix – I just usually get the bulk lemonade crystals but any kind would work. 🙂
Boy, every body must be hot across country, found recipes for cold drinks in several places. My favorites are cherry limeade and your cherry lemonade slushie. Our frig door dispenser gives crushed ice so that is taken care of, now just to get other supplies. Am tired of water and lipton’s tea or sun tea, want something sweeter once in while.
Is in mid to high 90’s here in Grand Junction , CO area, always hotter out where we live, 18 miles west of G.J. will see how high it went today during news/weather. At least we don’t get high humidity here, is low most of time. Lived in KY for 5 yrs. with 100 degrees and 100% humidity, no thanks. Even native Kentuckians complained about humidity. Usually pretty dry here in CO.
Have wonderful weekend
Where did you get your mason jars, noticed had different name on it, can’t make out all of it.
