Can I make them 2 weeks ahead? If not how long do they stay eatable? I tried the chocolate crinkle cookies and they tasted delicious
Jenn Lifford says
Glad you liked the chocolate crinkle cookies! Those are one of my favorites! In terms of making them ahead of time, there will be some variance between different cookies {and I haven’t tried them all}. Most will freeze well. If they have icing, I like to try and just freeze the cookie part and then add the icing once they are thawed and ready to serve.

Christmas 2017 is in the books, but I just found your blog and your cookies are so pretty. I’ve bookmarked your site and can hardly wait until next Christmas to make some of those cookies! Of course, I know I can make them any time, and that might just happen. Happy New Year to you!

Thanks! I didn’t do ANY baking this year so am making up a few things for New Years. It’s amazing how fast it goes. Happy New Year to you too!
