My talented friend, Bre, over at Rooms for Rent, is putting on a Thanksgiving Tablescape tour this week {you can see the full line up here} and I am so excited to be joining in! If you are looking for Thanksgiving tablescape ideas, you will definitely want to check these out – I promise that you won’t be disappointed!
We actually celebrated our Canadian Thanksgiving at the beginning of October, so this kind of gives me the opportunity to celebrate Thanksgiving twice. I usually keep my tablescapes fairly simple and always love to incorporate natural elements as much as possible.
I started off with this easy faux berry centerpiece and brought in some twigs and leaf branches from our yard to give it more of an authentic look.
At each place setting I added these pretty linen lace trimmed napkins and a baby boo pumpkin. Instead of a place card, I just wrote the names on a small leaf using a thin Sharpie.
You just need to make sure you write gently so you don’t tear the leaf. 😉
My favorite thing to decorate in our dining room is always our hutch {I know it’s not really part of a tablescape but close enough!}. I went with traditional fall colors and carried over the white pumpkins and berries from the table.
The Thankful marquee sign was from Target and was my one new purchase this year.
For those of you that like printables, I have a couple of free Thanksgiving printables that you can find HERE….
…as well as a free printable chalkboard menu.
