“No matter how long the winter, the spring is sure to follow.”
Like most of you, I am always happy to welcome the start of spring. I long for the longer days and the warmth of the sun and I love watching the color return to the world.
Today I am joining in with 6 other bloggers to share some of our favorite spring home decor ideas. My door is open to let in some of that fresh spring air, so come on over and enjoy my little mini tour! At the end of the post, you will find the links to all of the other home tours. You definitely won’t want to miss them, so be sure to stop by for a visit!
My spring decor currently revolves more around an Easter theme. I love bunnies – especially the white ceramic ones – and you will find them scattered throughout the house.
I also wanted to add in some pops of color and love the bright mossy greens. Perfect for both Easter and spring!
A few of my old favorites are back like my hippity hop bunting…
…and my Easter bunny canvas.
In our dining room, I always start with decorating the hutch.
This bunny butt bunting is from a few years ago but I still love it. It’s so simple to make and there is even a free template to use in the tutorial. You know you need some cute bunny butts, right?
I have a small serving tray table in the corner of our dining room that I like to use for a little beverage bar and I have lots of fun changing it up each season. Since I was not quite ready to put away the hot chocolate, I converted it to a bright and sunny Easter hot chocolate bar with a couple of new happy mugs from Pier 1.
On our sideboard, I created an Easter vignette with a few more of my bunnies and my free chalkboard Easter printable. I picked up the carrots last year from Pier 1 at their after Easter sale {I pretty much cleared out the store!} and had plans to use them for a craft project. Instead, they ended up being displayed around the house. I guess the craft project will have to wait until next year- those bunnies aren’t giving them back!
In case you can’t tell, I love my chalkboards and I have lots of fun dressing them up each season. I’m not much of an artist so I keep things pretty simple.
My candy mason jars ended up staying the kitchen but those darn bunnies have pretty much eaten all of the candy. I am trying to stay away from the refills as long as possible!
My last little project that I have done this year is this pom pom mini bunny bunting for our chalkboard in the kitchen. I don’t really think you can get much cuter than pom poms and bunny butts!
And that is a wrap for my tour!! Thank-you so much for dropping in!

You have some fabulous ideas here. It makes me want to run straight to my cupboards and dust off all my spring and easter decs.
Great round up of Easter decor. Good ideas! Visiting from Lou Lou Girls.
Love your decorations; I love and collect bunnies and yours are fabulous. Honestly, looks like a great blog you have here; I found it thru Pinterest, but those annoying ads popping up at the bottom of each picture keep me from subscribing. Not trying to be mean at all; just MHO. : )
Hi Nancy! Thanks so much for dropping by. I’m sorry that the ads distracted from your experience. I’m just curious if you were viewing on mobile or desktop and if it is the in-image ads that were bothering you or if they were actual pop-ups. I don’t always get to see what my readers are seeing. There shouldn’t actually be any pop-up ads on the site although I do know that there have been problems with many sites with some kind of pop-up ad that comes up on mobile and is difficult {or impossible to shut down}. Thanks so much for your feedback.
Jenn
Such a great roundup of Easter bunny ideas! I’m not sure I believe Spring is on the way, yet, but I’ll trust you on that! 🙂
Thanks from all of us at Throwback Thursday for linking up to us this week! We can’t wait to see what you’ll bring next week. 🙂

Hi Jenn,
I would love to hear where the burlap bunny, in the first photo, is from. He is exceptionally adorable. Just the right mix of cute and rustic.
He was from HomeSense {HomeGoods if you are in the States} a couple of years ago. I’ve seen similar ones there this year too. 🙂
Thanks! Such a cute tour. Look forward to following your blog.
I adore the chalkboard with the towel rack! Could you share where you got it? Thanks for the inspiration on a gloomy spring day here in MN!
I picked it up at a local store {Grandiflora if you happen to live near Lynden, WA} but I have seen a very similar {if not exact} at HomeSense. I almost didn’t get it – so glad I did!
Love these ideas! The home decor looks fantastic, this really inspired me, Actually I wanted something similar to this, thank God I came across this post. The pictures are fantastic and very lovable. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Amanda!
